| Notes: | After tasting Bristol Beer Factory's stonking Future Proof, making our first mild got a priority increase. Furthered by edict from Adam at Gower Brewery, it was destined to be the first brew of 2025! First time using Windsor yeast; this one required a decent conditioning time in the fermenter and results in a slightly sweeter finish. Dark, light-bodied but full of malt flavour with a good hop balance - pretty pleased with this as a first go at something low abv. |
